Terms & Conditions

Our tours begin and end at La Collinette, located at the top of Harbour Hill in the village. While the route may vary based on daily conditions and events, you’re welcome to discuss your preferences with your driver before setting off.

 

Tour Capacity:

Each carriage accommodates up to four people (aged 1 and above). We can also welcome one infant under 1 year for free. If your group is larger, please don’t hesitate to call us to inquire about availability for a larger carriage.

 

Timing & Cancellations:

To ensure we keep on schedule for all our guests, tours will finish at the pre-booked time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter tour. Cancellations can be made up to 14 days in advance, after which we’re unable to provide refunds. However, if your ferry is cancelled by the ferry company, we’ll be happy to reschedule your tour, subject to availability.

 

Accessibility:

Please note that our carriages are traditional antique vehicles with high entrances and small steps, which may be challenging for some guests to enter or exit.

 

Pets:

While we love animals, pets are not permitted on the carriage to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.
