Terms & Conditions

Our tours all start and finish in the village at La Collinette. The route does depend on conditions and events on the day.

Tours are for a maximum of four people (aged 1 and above) and the carriage can accommodate one extra infant under 1 year, for free.

​

Tours must finish at the pre booked time to enable the following tour  to start on time. As such late arrival may result in a shorter tour.

 

Tours can be cancelled up to 14 days in advance of the booked date but after this no refunds will be given for any reason. However, in the case of your ferry being cancelled by the ferry company, we will be happy to reschedule your tour, subject to availability.

Whilst every effort is made to accommodate all guests, the carriages are traditional antique vehicles with high entrances and small steps and may be difficult to alight for some guests.

​

No pets are permitted on the carriage.
